Welcome to the website for the American Samoan Helping Hands Early Intervention Program (HHEIP/Part C), under the Department of Health. It is our hope that this website will provide you with sufficient information regarding the different services that the Helping Hands Program has to offer. It is our goal to provide quality services for families with infant and toddlers under the age of three who are at risk for developmental delays or disabilities.
With great aspiration, I, Director Motusa Tuileama Nua, work diligently with the Helping Hands EI Program to ensure that all eligible infant and toddlers under the age of 3 receive eminence services in a timely manner.
